Business Analyst Lead

Title : Business Analyst Lead Location : Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (Open to Remote) Pay Range: $45 - $65 / hour depending on experience. Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with some flexibility offered. Overview We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Customer Experience and Digital Channel initiatives. This role will provide operational analysis, reporting, and recommendations in support of customer-facing business programs. Responsibilities include gathering and compiling business requirements, evaluating processes and systems, supporting data integrity efforts, and developing recommendations based on analysis. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Brand Management and other customer-facing teams while supporting digital platforms and Agile delivery environments. Responsibilities Work directly with Customer Experience, Brand Management, and other customer-facing teams to gather and document business requirements Translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for technical teams Support initiatives across digital customer platforms and channels Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stand-ups Assist with process improvement initiatives and workflow documentation Support testing validation, issue tracking, and solution delivery efforts Maintain clear project and requirements documentation throughout the project lifecycle Preferred Experience 4-6+ years of Business Analyst experience within IT or Digital environments Experience supporting digital customer platforms such as: IVR systems or Web/.COM applications or Notification platforms or System monitoring/watch applications Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to synthesize, analyze, and summarize business and operational data Experience communicating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum/Sprint environments Experience using JIRA or similar tracking tools is preferred but not required Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong Business Analyst experience is preferred over Project Management experience No 3rd parties.
