SharePoint ArchitectLawrence, MA (Onsite)Position OverviewWe are seeking a SharePoint Architect to design, implement, and optimize enterprise SharePoint and Office 365 solutions. The role focuses on aligning SharePoint architecture with business objectives, ensuring scalable governance, and enabling collaboration across the organization. The ideal candidate combines deep SharePoint and Office 365 expertise with strong solution design, migration, and integration skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and architect scalable SharePoint and Office 365 solutions that meet business requirements and governance standards.Develop information architecture, site taxonomy, metadata, and governance policies to improve findability and compliance.Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation plans.Integrate SharePoint and Office 365 with other enterprise systems, ensuring secure authentication and authorization flows.Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and monitoring to ensure reliability and scalability.Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and training materials; mentor development and support teams.QualificationsProven experience as a SharePoint Architect, Solutions Architect, or senior SharePoint engineer, with strong hands-on experience in SharePoint and Office 365.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.BenefitsBase Salary Between $90-120k + BonusCompetitive PTO PolicyComprehensive Benefits PackageCollaborative Team Environment
