Product Manager-Technical Product Management 1. Product Vision & Strategy Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap Align product goals with business objectives and customer value Translate strategy into measurable outcomes (OKRs, KPIs) 2. Backlog Management & Prioritization Create and maintain a well-groomed product backlog Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria Prioritize using frameworks like MoSCoW, WSJF, Value vs Effort Balance technical debt, features, and defects 3. Agile & SDLC Expertise Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Reviews, Refinement, and Retros Understand end-to-end SDLC (requirements → development → testing → release) Collaborate closely with Scrum Master and Engineer Responsible for creating and aligning teams around the product's vision, goals and success metrics, to drive impactful business outcomes for the client. The Product Manager will gather insights, perform market and customer research, and perspectives from multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and translate the vision and priorities into Product team work streams and creation of the product/s backlog/s. The Product Manager will work with stakeholders to get buy-in and approval on all major directional decisions for the product.
