Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and collaborative Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our multihospital system's Supply Chain Analytics team. This role plays a key part in improving data quality, enhancing operational performance, and supporting our enterprise ERP transition from PeopleSoft to Oracle Cloud. You will work closely with supply chain and hospital leadership, finance, value analysis, and clinical partners to deliver insights that drive better decision-making, cost savings, and standardized processes across the system.

What You'll Do
- Improve item master data quality and governance across the system
- Support the PeopleSoft Oracle Cloud ERP transition through data validation and testing
- Provide supply spend, contract, and vendor analytics to identify savings opportunities
- Build dashboards and SQL-based reporting for KPIs, operations, and financials
- Deliver insights for value analysis, new product requests, and item standardization
- Identify and support opportunities for process automation, alerting, and workflow improvement
- Partner with operations, finance, and clinical teams to solve problems using data
- Perform forecasting and trend analysis to support budgeting and planning
- Enhance analytics infrastructure and support leadership with strategic decision insights
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, IT, or related field
- Strong SQL skills and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau
- Advanced Excel capabilities (PowerQuery, PivotTables, modeling)
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical audiences
Preferred
- 2-5+ years of experience in data analytics (healthcare preferred)
- Healthcare supply chain experience (PeopleSoft, Oracle Cloud SCM, GHX, etc.)
- Experience supporting ERP transitions or major system implementations
- Familiarity with GPO benchmarking (Vizient, Premier)
- Experience with data governance or item master management
