JOB TITLE: Principal Developer, Data & Analytics [PDDSP426]

WORKSITE: 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752 *Telecommuting allowed within the U.S.

WAGE RANGE: $161,803 - $221,800 annually

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design, develop, and support BI applications on Qlik platforms (QlikView, Qlik Sense, nPrinting), Power BI, and other BI environments as needed supporting the Supply Chain, Quality and Regulatory functions. Proactively communicate and collaborate with Business Users and Business Process Analysts to analyze information needs, develop functional requirements, rapidly prototype solutions, and deliver BI applications helping the business achieve desired outcomes. Follow Agile software development methodology. Improve development standards, and adhere to change control, support and governance processes. Monitor and drive user adoption of implemented solutions. Improve and streamline processes regarding data flow and data quality to improve data accuracy, usability and value. Participate in creating architecture diagrams and systems documentation that can be understood and used by business users and IS team members. Hybrid role. Telecommuting is allowed per company policy.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field, and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related. Alternatively, employer will accept a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field, and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related.

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Experience must include 3 years with the following: 1) Analytics Design; 2) Analytics Development; 3) Supply Chain Analytics Support; 4) Quality Analytics Support; and 5) Qlik or Power BI.
