Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a Business Analyst to support the FBM program. Candidate will work in a team environment to deliver custom applications to meet our customers needs. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, customer engagement, and testing software solutions for our internal customers in the aerospace industry.

Build and sustain strong business relationships.

Deliver clear, compelling communication and presentations to stakeholders.
Apply comprehensive knowledge of the full software development life cycle.
Employ agile methodologies, prioritize work effectively, and drive continuous improvement.
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
Provide innovative solutions that address current and future business needs.
Partner with the business to maintain accurate requirement documentation and manage changes.

#LI-CS1 Proven experience with agile methodologies and associated tooling (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
Strong background in developing software requirements, user stories, and test cases.
Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and empathy
Strategic thinking with a tactical execution focus
Ability to balance short term deliverables with long term product vision
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptability to changing priorities and fast paced environments
U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance Hands on expertise in software test automation frameworks and practices.
Certified Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent
