Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, frameworks, standards, and best practices aligned with organizational goals and IT initiatives.
- Analyze business capabilities, operational processes, and technology environments to recommend scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and IT teams to align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Define current-state and future-state enterprise architecture roadmaps to support digital transformation and operational improvements.
- Provide architectural leadership for enterprise-wide applications, infrastructure, security, cloud, and data management initiatives.
- Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify gaps, redundancies, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop architecture governance processes, technical standards, and compliance guidelines to ensure consistency across projects and platforms.
- Lead architecture review boards and provide technical oversight for major IT projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure enterprise solutions adhere to security, compliance, performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
- Guide cross-functional teams through architecture planning, system integration, modernization, and implementation activities.
- Assess emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that improve IT operations and business effectiveness.
- Support strategic planning, budgeting, and technology investment decisions through architectural analysis and recommendations.
- Mentor and provide leadership to architects, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of enterprise architecture with organizational priorities.
- Create and maintain enterprise architecture documentation including diagrams, standards, models, roadmaps, and technical specifications.
- Participate in risk assessment, disaster recovery planning, and continuity strategies related to enterprise systems and infrastructure.
- Lead enterprise architecture initiatives in a collaborative, multi-vendor, and complex enterprise environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, system modernization, and IT governance.
- Minimum 7 years of experience applying enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead or senior architectural leadership role.
- Proven experience aligning business needs with IT strategies and enterprise technology solutions.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, cloud technologies, infrastructure, integration, and security architecture.
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional enterprise teams.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, communication, and leadership skills.
