This role assists in maintaining data integrity across commercial systems, preparing sales and inventory analyses, and supporting cross-functional projects spanning wholesale and retail. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Reporting & Presentations Assist in the preparation of weekly and monthly sales reporting packages for internal leadership and Swiss counterparts. Support the Director in building presentations for business reviews, covering sales trends, retailer performance, and competitive landscape. Help maintain data integrity across commercial reports by working closely with Finance, Wholesale, and Retail Ops teams. Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from internal stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner. Strategic Analysis Support Prepare competitive analysis reports on Hublot's positioning within the North American market, benchmarking against key competitors. Support SKU-level analysis to make informed assortment decisions. Create ad hoc reports and data summaries on sales performance and inventory to support business strategy recommendations. Research market data and assist in developing materials for product, distribution, and promotional strategy discussions. Demand Planning & Merchandising Support Assist with SKU-level and channel-level forecasting by pulling and organizing historical sales data, replenishment trends, and seasonality inputs. Support new product launch tracking, including assortment rollout coordination and retailer readiness checks. Help monitor inventory levels for the NORAM subsidiary and flag discrepancies or reorder needs to the Director. 360 Commercial & Brand Activation Support Help track and report on the commercial impact of 360 activations, measuring how coordinated VM, events, and CRM efforts contribute to sales performance. Assist in coordinating special projects and events, including product launches, clienteling activations, and pop-ups, to maximize sales impact and brand consistency. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong proficiency in MS Office, with particular emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling). Experience with or exposure to Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, or Anaplan is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to examine data, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional and courteous in all interactions. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Interest in luxury retail, consumer goods, or the watchmaking industry is a plus. Profile EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, merchandising, demand planning, or a related field; luxury or retail experience a plus. Demonstrated experience working with sales or inventory data and producing commercial reports. Experience in a cross-functional or matrixed organization preferred.
