About the Role
As a SplashTrack software developer you will be tasked with building high quality end-to-end enterprise software features. Youll design and implement features in C# and .NET, collaborate with product and engineering peers, ensure code quality through reviews and automated testing, and participate in deployment and monitoring activities.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Develop fullstack features using C#, .NET, and related web technologies.
- Implement clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering best practices.
- Write automated tests (unit, integration, and/or UI tests) to ensure reliability.
- Participate in code reviewsboth giving and receiving constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements, review features, and triage bugs.
- Deploy applications to production and monitor system health, performance, and logs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve userreported issues across the application stack.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and documentation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET .
- Experience with web development (e.g., ASP.NET Core , Blazor , MVC, Web API , or similar).
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML , CSS , JavaScript , or modern frameworks.
- Understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Experience writing automated tests using frameworks like xUnit , NUnit , MSTest , or similar.
- Comfort with Git , branching strategies, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, problemsolving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience supporting production systems.
- Background in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Jira, Azure Devops, or other.
Hybrid: 3-2 Work from Home policy, 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
