Job Overview:

We are seeking a Commvault Backup Administrator to support day-to-day backup operations. This is a hands-on role focused on monitoring jobs, troubleshooting failures, and onboarding new systems into the backup environment. The consultant should be able to step in quickly and work independently.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor backup jobs daily and address failures
• Troubleshoot and resolve Commvault backup issues
• Configure and onboard new clients and systems for backup
• Perform data restores and validate recovery as needed
• Maintain backup schedules, policies, and retention settings
• Provide basic reporting on backup status and issues

A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $36.00 - $43.50 per hour. The disclosed pay range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. The compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, such as skills and experience levels.
