Position Description: Protingent Staffing has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity located in Springfield, VA, Dulles, VA, or St Louis, MO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Leading architecture and system designs both customer facing and internally
• Passion for writing great code and building world class software products used by millions of people.
• Helping leading teams writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Design and Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
• Run planning meetings and coordinate cross-functionally to insure project meets business objectives and compliance standards\
• Support test and deployment of new products and features
• Participate in code reviews.

Job Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI Clearance Required
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years experience as a team lead / lead architect
• Strong proficiency as a full stack software developer
• Proficient with web application and API development
• DoD / Defense Industry Experience
• Authorized to work in the United States and no visa sponsorship required

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Security+ Certification
• NGA experience
• Experience architecting systems for real-time data, high-performance visualization, and/or distributed computing.
• Deep expertise in full-stack application development: C# (.NET Core), JavaScript/TypeScript
• Familiarity with containerized deployment, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud/on-prem architectures.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, reusability, and user-centric workflows in enterprise environments.
• Self-motivated individuals who can examine the fi eld and identify areas for improvement independently.

• Salary Range: $250-275K
• Required US Citizenship (May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance at the appropriate level).
