Job Description

Technical Skillset Requirements for Hogan Data Masking/Scrubbing

Desired domain/application knowledge (for internal resources)

Hogan Applications: Working experience with any Hogan Application IDS (Integrated Delivery System), CIS (Customer Information System), or RPM (Relationship Pricing Module).

Technical proficiency:

Possess strong knowledge in:

Programming Languages: COBOL, JCL (Job Control Language), SQL.

Databases/File Systems: DB2, VSAM, IMS DB/DC (experience may vary by company).

Mainframe Environment: IBM z/OS systems and associated utilities/tools (e.g., CICS, TSO/ISPF, SDSF, File-AID, Abend-Aid,)

Mainframe Tools: CA7 (Scheduling), Endevor, REXX and Easytrieve

Batch Automation

Expected job responsibilities:

Analyze user and business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications.

Develop, test, and debug mainframe applications using core languages like COBOL, JCL, and SQL.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analysts, testers, operations) throughout the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs, and production incidents in a timely manner.

Good Analytical skills

Possess an automation first mindset - Analyze and identify potential automation opportunities within the existing technical environment; automate processes which provides tangible ROI.

Requirements for Hogan Batch Automation

Here are some requirements

Extensive hands on working experience with Hogan mainframe systems

Hogan CIS, Hogan Umbrella, Hogan Deposits hands on developer will be a great fit for this role

Creating JCL's , COBOL

REXX , SORT utilities

DB2,IMS
