Job Title: Release Manager

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Accountability for demonstrating a high level of project release implementation management expertise.
• Experience with Service Now, Confluence, Jira, AWS, DB, Open Text WEM.
• Schedule and plan activities and manage resources accountable for the creation of new deliverables or changes to existing deliverables.

• Experience in the project and release management discipline and environment.
• Knowledge of project management software applications (e.g., MS Project or industry equivalent).
• Solid team building and team leadership capability.

• Directing, managing, and coordinating release team members, including collaboration with people from other areas.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Build effective relationships within the project team and supporting areas of Technology and Solutions and customer.
