Job Description

Cloud Security Manager

Primary contact for all security related aspects to safeguard Cloud environments. Responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of secure cloud infrastructure and services across organization. Responsible for defining and implementing cloud security strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with various teams to integrate security into cloud operations. Develop and implement comprehensive cloud security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Identify business requirements and corresponding cloud-based solutions to stakeholders and businesses. Manage and mentor teams' responsibility to deliver cloud security services, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Create, implement, and maintain cloud security policies, standards, and procedures. Close collaboration with SOC team for continuously monitoring of cloud environments for threats, investigating security incidents, and leading incident response efforts. Ensure cloud environments comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CMMC, ISO-27001, and ISO-27002) and manage cloud security risks. Conduct security assessments and audits of existing cloud environments to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses that requires remediation. Provide guidance on secure cloud architecture design and implementation, ensuring security is integrated into the cloud lifecycle. Review cloud architecture and configurations to ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards. Manage and maintain cloud security tools and technologies, including automation of security tasks. Proactively identify emerging cloud threats and drive initiatives to maintain a robust security posture. Assist business units with the deployment of third-party technologies to assist in securing Cloud platforms such as firewall, WAF, PAM, MFA and cloud workload protection. Deliver monthly metrics and KPIs dashboard presentations to the business units and leadership teams. Develop business cases and proposals for cybersecurity investments, after routinely analyzing the organization's security posture to propose and implement solutions based on current and upcoming cloud technologies.

HOURS: 35 hours per week

SALARY: $83.09/hour

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Networking, or a related field of study followed by six (6) years of progressive experience in the specialty field.
