**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen**

Baer is looking for an SAP Enterprise Architect for a 6+ month Federal remote project.

Title: SAP Enterprise Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months (Part time - 20 hours per Week)
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Lead discussions with clients' IT and business executives to guide architecture and digital transformation efforts.
• Develop strategic roadmaps that outline the deployment of SAP solutions, from current to future state.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend SAP innovations to meet clients' business and IT needs, especially within the Finance domain.
• Collaborate across teams to define clear requirements that support business outcomes.
• Analyze business and IT requirements, ensuring they align with overall strategic goals.
• Influence and guide clients through the transition phases towards successful business outcomes using SAP solutions.
• Create compelling business cases to support customer decision-making.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with SAP solutions.
• 12+ years of experience in solution or architecture design (business and IT).
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills for working with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven expertise in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud-based solutions, with expertise in at least one functional area (e.g., Plan to Produce, Acquire to Retire).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Experience in estimating the financial impact of different solution architecture alternatives.
• Deep knowledge of the discovery phase and estimation methods.
• MBA is preferred.
