Job Requirements Tucson, AZ Secret Polygraph not specified Mid Level Career (5+ yrs experience) $140,000 - $165,000 Job Description Day to Day Job Description: - Act as team lead working closely with Technical Leads - Own team execution and coordination across engineering disciplines - Lead integration phases and determine where/when to augment resources - Manage schedule and cost across assigned efforts Serve as liaison up to: o Program Management Office o Chief Engineers - Oversee progress across multiple development teams - Ensure execution aligns with program objectives and milestones Requirements / Must Haves in Background: o Strong experience leading technical or engineering teams Proven ability to manage: o Cost o Budget o Burn rate o Experience working in structured program environments o Strong communication and coordination skills across technical and PM stakeholders Qualifications You Must Have o Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience. o Experience in at least 1 of the following areas: o Mechanical/Electrical development, integration, and qualification o Test Equipment Design and Verification o Fielding Test Equipment to a Government Customer o Test Equipment Maintenance for Production Support o Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. o Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated o Master Schedule (IMS), and/or Risk and Opportunity Management. o Active and transferable Secret U.S. government issued security clearance group id: 10112344 N Name Hidden Federal Recruiting Manager Apply now
