Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 1–2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN.
  • Support basic networking: LAN/WAN, WiFi, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN.
  • Handle application support for ERP/CRM/HRIS/SaaS tools.
  • Install/upgrade hardware & software; maintain tickets and documentation.
  • Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues.

Required Skills

  • 3–6 years in Helpdesk/Desktop/Network/Application Support.
  • Strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory experience.
  • Solid troubleshooting and customerservice skills.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Must be local to NYC and able to work onsite.
