Senior UX Researcher & Designer

Senior UX Researcher & Designer -Location: Fort Worth, TX -Pay Range: $90-$110K -Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) We are looking to bring on a Senior UX Researcher & Designer to our growing team. This person will be a part of our current team of 5 while also being a key member of our broader Experience Design, Marketing, and Research divisions. What we need is someone who has 5+ years of experience working in full lifecycle EX/UX initiatives working within an enterprise environment. These projects will include sitting down with key stakeholders for creating business requirement documents (BRDs), running qualitative and quantitative research, defining/driving KPIs, and then presenting results to other business units on findings and continuous improvement. This will also include completing design work through Figma and using Qualtrics for our research analysis. Other key aspects of this role will include survey creation, design validations, usability testing, field visits, user interview, and data analysis. We have dedicated other business units such as Data Analytics, Marketing, Product Development, and Automation, that they will collaborate with but will need to understand the bigger affect on the overall Program. Any experience in various UX methodologies and/or research certifications will be a plus.
