319093 Department CARDIOVASCULAR MEDICINE (IN-CARD-IUINA) Department Information The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine strives for excellence in research, education, and patient care. The division's physicians, staff members, and learners work to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease for Hoosiers, offering the highest quality care and fostering innovation that fuels better health for the people of Indiana and beyond. The division has multiple research laboratories, programs, and clinical trials conducting studies in various aspects of cardiovascular diseases. In addition, there are Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-approved cardiology training programs in cardiovascular diseases, cardiovascular electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, heart failure, and adult congenital heart disease. Job Summary The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine is looking for a hybrid part time Clinical Research Data Analyst. Department Specific Responsibilities Pulls appropriate data related to cardiogenetic shock in CERNER. Reviews and enters 1 record typically takes approximately 5 hours and can enter a minimum of 3 records a week. Qualifications EDUCATION Required Bachelor's degree in a science field WORK EXPERIENCE Preferred Medical experience strongly preferred Strong clinical background SKILLS Required Proficient communication skills Working Conditions / Demands This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus.
