What You Will Do:
As our Senior IT Network Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical expert responsible for the design, operation, security, and continuous improvement of network infrastructure.
You will ensure enterprise and manufacturing environments operate securely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting defense compliance requirements (CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, CUI).
This role combines hands-on execution with strategic engineering, acting as both the owner of day-to-day network performance and the final escalation point for complex issues.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise network infrastructure
- Own day-to-day operation, stability, and performance of network systems
- Configure, maintain, and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs
- Establish network standards and cybersecurity best practices
- Act as escalation point for complex network issues
- Monitor performance and ensure high availability
- Implement segmentation across IT, OT, and CUI environments
- Manage firewall (Palo Alto), IDS/IPS, and VPN security
- Ensure compliance with CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800-171
- Support audits with documentation and evidence
- Integrate networking across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure)
- Maintain diagrams and configuration standards
- Drive automation and modernization initiatives

Salary Range:
Please note the typical hiring range is $127,500 - $172,500 annually. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
