UX/Product Designer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills • UX UI Design • Product Design • UX Research • Wireframing • Prototyping • Mockups • User flows • Figma • Design Thinking Roles & Responsibilities • Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, UI Designer or similar role. • Strong portfolio of design projects. • Understand product specifications and user psychology. • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success. • Create personas through user research and data. • Translates wireframes into mockups. • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. • Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs. • Ensures exceptional and compliant design execution across all digital platforms. • Participates in user research, usability tests and other evaluation activities. • Embrace and apply Design Thinking principles with agile methods. • Develop original design concepts and manage the design project through execution. • Helps the team interpret and understand user feedback and provide recommendations to design decisions based on that feedback. • Researches and showcases knowledge of industry trends and the latest relevant technologies across a variety of platforms. • Contributes to requirements and design documents. • Experience working with Agile teams. • Good to have Banking/Finance experience.

Salary Range: $90,000 to $115,000 per year
