Position: Senior Backend Java Developer
Location: Remote / Bentonville, AR
Duration: 12 Months C2H

• Experience Required: 7–10 years

  Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of hands-on experience in backend development with Java
  • Strong experience with Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, streaming concepts)
  • Solid experience with Apache Spark (batch and/or streaming)
  • Experience working on large-scale distributed systems
  • Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Experience in code refactoring and system modernization initiatives
  • Familiarity with Scala-based environments or willingness to work with Scala systems
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies
