Job Description

Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic School is seeking a reliable and service-oriented Part-Time Technology Support Specialist to support our students, teachers, and staff. This position is approximately 10-15 hours per week and offers some flexibility with remote work, along with required on-site support during key times of the school year.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage and maintain student and staff technology systems, including:

Google Workspace (accounts, permissions, groups)

Chromebook assignment and device management

-Oversee and support educational platforms:

IXL rostering and setup

GoGuardian monitoring

Bark Admin management

Infinite Campus (administrative support)

-Assist with class scheduling and system setup

-Support Clevertouch boards and classroom technology

-Manage device inventory and organization

-Assist with Google Analytics and basic website insights

-Provide technology onboarding and training for new staff

-Respond to and troubleshoot tech needs for parents, teachers, and staff

-Coordinate and execute beginning-of-year and end-of-year technology tasks

Qualifications

-Experience with Google Workspace for Education preferred

-Familiarity with school platforms such as Infinite Campus, GoGuardian, Bark, or IXL is a plus

-Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

-Ability to communicate clearly and kindly with both adults and students

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

-Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively

Position Details

-Part-Time (approx. 10-15 hours/week)

-Flexible schedule with some remote work opportunities

-Increased hours may be required during back-to-school and end-of-year periods
