Duties/Responsibilities:

• Complete daily corrections emails received from b ranches and H ome O ffice .

• Research errors on the remit report (debit processing) and correct them .

• Monitor replication status screen daily in Tower Loan Operation System ( TLOS ).

• Manage fraud prevention services exceptions .

• Answer calls from banks to verify loan checks.

• Monitor Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) processing .

• Upl oad mail-loan check images .

• Correct errors with in mail-related loan s .

• Process incoming mail from U.S. Postal Service (USPS) .

• Perform all other duties as assigned.

R equired Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

• Highest level of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior when handling sensitive financial information .

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward resolving issues.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Adaptability to changing processes, technologies, and industry trends.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED .

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook , etc. ) .

• Customer service experience in an office environment is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk , and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day .

• Communicate effectively, verbally, written, in person, via telephone, or electronically.

• Lift and maneuver up to 2 0 lbs.
