Systems Engineer (Infrastructure and Cloud)White Plains NY area - Hybrid - onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, local candidates only pleaseUp to $130,000 in base salary, plus discretionary bonus and benefitsWe are seeking a Systems Engineer to support day to day IT infrastructure operations across cloud and on premises environments. This role focuses on managing Microsoft technologies, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems while contributing to critical IT projects and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Administer Microsoft Azure, M365 and O365, and hybrid Active Directory environmentsBuild, deploy, and scale virtual machines in cloud and on premises environmentsManage and optimize servers, storage, backups, and recovery processes including RTO and RPOSupport network connectivity including firewalls, switches, and enterprise hardwareLead and participate in infrastructure upgrades and system enhancement projectsEnsure system security through patching and vulnerability remediationSupport disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testingMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performanceMaintain documentation, system inventories, and vendor relationshipsParticipate in an on call rotationRequired Qualifications:5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or systems engineeringStrong expertise in Active Directory in a hybrid environment, Windows Server, and AzureExperience managing virtualized and hyperconverged environmentsKnowledge of networking, storage, and security best practicesProficiency with PowerShell or other automation toolsExperience with backup and recovery, ITIL concepts, and incident managementStrong communication, organization, and problem solving skillsPreferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications with a focus on Azure or cloud technologiesExperience with mobile device management, identity or privileged access management, and cloud service modelsExposure to enterprise email and collaboration platformsFamiliarity with project management and budgeting in an IT environmentJoin a collaborative team working on modern infrastructure, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems in a fast paced environment.BenefitsPTO, Comprehensive Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401K, bonus and profit sharing
