ERP Data Migration Analyst

Kforce has a client seeking an ERP Data Migration Analyst to support a major ERP transformation. This role is responsible for migrating large data sets from legacy systems into a new ERP environment, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Execute ERP data migration activities including extraction, transformation, and loading
• Validate and reconcile data to ensure integrity and accuracy
• Map data between legacy systems and ERP platforms
• Identify and resolve migration issues and data gaps
• Support testing (SIT/UAT) and post-go-live validation
• Document data mapping, migration logic, and processesEnsure compliance with data standards and governance* Experience supporting ERP data migration or implementation projects
• Strong experience with large data volumes and validation
• High attention to detail (required)
• Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Preferred:

• ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• ETL or data migration tools experience
• Procurement, finance, or operations data experience
