About the Role
Lead largescale infrastructure and network initiatives endtoend, owning planning, execution, and delivery across infrastructure, network, and information security workstreams. Ensure effective change management and seamless operational handoff to deliver stable, scalable, and businessaligned technology solutions.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Lead complex, largescale infrastructure, network, and enterprise migration initiatives from initiation through closeout, ensuring successful delivery aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Own endtoend project planning, including definition of scope, critical path, dependencies, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations across infrastructure, network, and information security workstreams.
- Monitor and control project performance using defined KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks; proactively manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality, escalating risks and issues as appropriate.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies; drive timely resolution of issues to minimize impact to delivery and operations.
- Partner closely with technology, security, and business stakeholders to ensure solution designs meet performance, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead project governance and stakeholder engagement, facilitating executive updates, decisionmaking forums, and crossfunctional coordination.
- Own endtoend change management, including risk assessments, change submissions, rollback planning, and clear, timely communication with impacted stakeholders.
- Coordinate thirdparty vendors and delivery partners, including managing statements of work (SOWs), contracts, timelines, and servicelevel agreements (SLAs).
- Drive operational readiness by ensuring smooth transition to support, including development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), service desk documentation, and formal knowledgetransfer sessions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements common in financial services and banking environments, including maintaining accurate documentation and audit evidence.
- Perform additional duties as required to support organizational and project delivery objectives.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex, crossfunctional IT initiatives with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk
- Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills, with demonstrated ability to identify issues, assess risk, and drive datainformed decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact for executive and nontechnical audiences
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence, align, and drive outcomes across technology, security, business teams, and external partners
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fastpaced, highly regulated environments
- Strong problemsolving and escalation management skills, with a proactive, solutionoriented approach
- Experience collaborating with crossfunctional and geographically distributed teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and service delivery expectations to ensure highquality outcomes
- Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and organizational policies, with awareness of the operational and business impact of risk and control gaps

Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated technical depth and experience across enterprise infrastructure and networking domains, including LAN/WAN, switching and routing, firewalls, load balancers, wireless, cloud networking, and data center environments
- Working knowledge of information security principles, including access control, network segmentation, encryption, vulnerability management, and incident response
- Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading largescale infrastructure and network initiatives in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated experience managing change in controlled, production environments, including risk assessment, approvals, and implementation coordination
- Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, governance, and delivery of complex, multiworkstream initiatives
- Proficiency with project and work management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or equivalent platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership
