IT Help Desk Intern (Summer) Overview: A large, multioffice professional services firm in Connecticut is launching a paid summer internship for college students interested in IT support and infrastructure. This is a handson, onsite role focused on learning IT fundamentals through realworld support work. What Youll Be Doing: Provide Level 1 help desk support Triage and resolve support tickets Answer and route incoming IT calls Assist with walkup technical issues Support video conferencing and meeting setups Help document processes and build knowledge resources Learn core IT protocols and troubleshooting techniques What Were Looking For: College junior or senior (or recent graduate) Handson IT experience through campus or departmental roles Strong communication and customer service skills Willingness to learn and take feedback Comfortable working onsite in a professional office setting Location: Waterbury, CT (onsite only) Local candidates strongly preferred Schedule & Duration: Summer internship (~3 months) 2030 hours per week 4day work week preferred Compensation: $18-$22/hr.
