We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team on a direct hire basis in a hybrid role just north of downtown Pittsburgh, PA. In this position, you will play a key role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions, improve reporting accuracy, and uncover trends that drive operational performance.
Key Responsibilities Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and recurring performance metrics
Analyze trends, patterns, and key performance indicators to support strategic and operational decision-making
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Perform ad hoc analysis to support initiatives such as forecasting, project execution, and process improvements
Identify data quality issues and recommend solutions to improve data integrity and reporting reliability
Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience writing SQL queries and working with relational databases
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills
Ability to work in a hybrid environment based near Pittsburgh, PA
Preferred Skills Experience with Python or similar scripting languages for data analysis or automation
Familiarity with KPI development, forecasting techniques, and business performance reporting
Industry experience in finance, operations, healthcare, or manufacturing environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
