Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Release Train Engineer (RTE) Responsibilities:

• Plan and Facilitate the Program Increment Sessions.
• Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives (the RTE) and publish them for visibility and transparency.
• Assist tracking the execution of features and epics (How do we measure).
• Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings, including the ART Leadership Sync, Scrum of Scrums (SoS) etc.
• Help manage ART level risks and dependencies.
• Escalate and track impediments for the teams in the ART.
• Work with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.
• Facilitate ART level Demos to all stakeholders.
• Work with the Program Management Office (PMO) on program execution and operational excellence.
