Senior Data Engineer - People Analytics( Remote)

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, build, and modify data pipelines for analytics use, focusing on best practices in enterprise data architecture. The candidate will build solutions for real-time data ingestion, storage, and analytics, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability to support complex workflows and global metric initiatives.

• Data Engineering - 5+ years
• SQL - 5-10 Years
• Experience with Python or Alteryx
• People analytics experience
• Prior work experience in the client's industry

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

• Experience with HR or people data systems
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies like Azure or AWS
• Exposure to Alteryx Server
• Lean Six Sigma experience

• Maintain and improve data pipelines for reporting and analytics products.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to deliver data solutions, including dashboarding and automated reporting.
• Implement automated data pipeline and transformation capabilities using cloud-native ETL tools.
