Network Engineer

Toronto, ON (3 days onsite)

We are seeking a skilled professional with hands-on experience supporting enterprise campus and data center network environments. This role focuses on network troubleshooting, performance optimization, security operations, and the implementation and support of network infrastructure and collaboration technologies.

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience working with enterprise campus and data center networks, including 3-tier and spine-and-leaf architectures
• Experience with network firewalls, routers, switches, NAC, and WiFi
• Hands-on experience with network protocols including BGP, OSPF (multi-area), and IPSEC VPN (static and dynamic)
• Hands-on experience with Client Teams configuration, including Teams devices (Rooms, Phones), call queues, call forwarding, and related features
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

• Experience with RightFax (cloud)
• Experience with Python or PowerShell
• Network certifications such as Fortinet NSE4/NSE7, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, MS720, or similar

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network/system issues
• Investigate network faults and arrange scheduled upgrades and fixes
• Identify, design, and implement new network solutions and improve existing network efficiency
