Senior Business Analyst Job

A growing organization is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with business unit leaders and drive enterprise-wide transformation through Dynamics 365 and other core business applications. In this role, you will work across multiple departments to understand business needs, translate them into technology solutions, and ensure that systems are aligned with organizational goals and long-term strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the stability, optimization, and strategic evolution of Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications. This position plays a key role in shaping the companys ERP transformation roadmap, consolidating systems, and maximizing ROI on enterprise technology investments. You will also provide Tier 3 support, lead project planning efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to solve complex business challenges.

This is a highly visible role that participates in strategic leadership discussions, co-leads corporate project initiatives, and provides direct coaching to the ERP team. A consultative mindset and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users are essential.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ Years Business Analyst Experience
• Expertise working with Microsoft-based ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
• Expertise with Microsoft technologies, M365, Power Platforms, Power BI, D365
• Experience working with cross functional teams and driving change
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Team Player who can work internally and externally

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse, or Supply Chain
• Management or Mentorship skills
