Hiring Network Wireless Engineer in Canada

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting Information Technology professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing, implementing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting infrastructure and network architectures.

• Minimum BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in network-related roles.
• Strong understanding of OSI Layer model and Packet Flow.
• Proficiency in wireless networks, specifically with Meraki, Cisco WLC, and Access Points.
• At least 7 years of experience in deploying, managing, and tuning Wi-Fi networks in corporate and manufacturing environments.
• Experience with Cisco 9800 WLC and 9120/9130 Access Points.
• Hands-on experience with Meraki and Aruba wireless technologies.
• Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.

• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale Wi-Fi deployments across multiple locations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of wireless networks.
• Ability to perform regular assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimize Wi-Fi performance.

• Maintain network connectivity, cloud, and associated solutions.
• Provide day-to-day operation support, monitoring, maintenance, updates, triage, and troubleshooting for enterprise networking environment.
• Collaborate on defining enterprise-wide technical design standards for network-related technology solutions.
• Create and maintain enterprise network diagrams and documentation.
• Engage in solutions research and deployment, systems standards, capacity planning, and process improvement.
• Work with internal departments and clients to determine requirements and execute required plans for implementation.
• Provide mentorship and technical leadership for network-related technologies and solutions.
