Location: Providence, Rhode Island-02908–Hybrid

Note: Hybrid: 3 days onsite. Do not submit remote candidates.

Project:

• Client is seeking an experienced UAT Tester/QA Analyst to support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), backend data validation, KPI verification, and coordination with state vendors and operations teams. The selected candidate will work closely with DHS program teams and contractors to support integrated eligibility systems, business process analysis, and validation activities for social service programs.

Skills:

• 5-7 years of overall experience in QA/UAT and business systems analysis
• 5–7 years of experience working with social service programs (SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, CCAP, LTSS, etc.)
• Strong experience with UAT planning, test design, and execution
• Experience validating backend data and generating reports from data repositories
• Strong SQL/query writing and data validation experience
• Experience with integrated eligibility systems
• Ability to convert policy/business requirements into reusable validation scripts
• Knowledge of KPI validation and reporting
• Experience with gap analysis, use cases, and business process mapping
• Tableau or other reporting/visualization tool experience preferred
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
