Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for SketchUp Technical Support Specialist opportunities in Westminster, CO or Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities for theTechnical Support Specialist include but are not limited to:
Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to software downloads, installations, billing, account access, entitlement management, and system functionality
Manage approximately 25 email requests and 10 phone requests per day while meeting team SLAs and maintaining high-quality customer service
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately within Salesforce and internal support systems
Candidates for Technical Support Specialist must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum of 2 years of technical customer support experience supporting customers via phone, email, and chat
Experience working in a SaaS support or technical customer service environment preferred
Knowledge of 3D modeling, 3D graphics processing a plus.
Background in Engineering, Architecture, Design, or User Experience a plus.
Strong troubleshooting,munication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency withputer systems, ticketing systems, Salesforce, Google Suite, and multiple operating systems including Windows, Android, and iOS

Pay Details: $21.90 per hour
