Product Manager

Job Description

In this role, you'll partner closely with business leaders and IT teams to support and enhance ERP systems within the engineering and supply chain domains. On a daily basis, this person gathers and translates business requirements into technical solutions, prioritizes and manages a portfolio of system enhancements and projects, and works hands-on with vendor platforms to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance. They collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, define roadmaps, and ensure solutions support broader corporate strategy. This role also oversees project delivery from concept through implementation, communicates updates to stakeholders and leadership, and continuously identifies opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen system capabilities across the organization.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of experience leading implementations

-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

-System/Process Automation, programming and/or software/process design experience.

-Experience including ERP and related systems implementation/improvement, development, operations, and/or infrastructure.

-Experience analyzing user trends -Stakeholder Management

-Material Requirements Planning (MRP)

-Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS)

-Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM)

-Warehouse Management System (WMS)
