Systems and Data Analyst Location: Berkeley, Missouri (Hybrid) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead critical SAP Production Planning projects and initiatives. Our team collaborates across business units to enhance systems and deliver innovative solutions in a complex enterprise environment. Responsibilities: Conduct workshops and contribute to process solutioning with cross-functional teams, including business subject matter experts, architects, and developers. Identify, recommend, and implement complex configuration solutions and execute full cycle SAP configurations to meet business requirements. Create and maintain documentation such as business process documents, process flows, configuration design documents, and functional design specifications. Lead testing cycles, root cause analysis, and corrections of issues during project delivery using SAP Activate methodology and Agile (SAFe) development methods. Required: 12+ years of experience with SAP PP consulting and 4+ years working with S/4HANA Production Planning. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA PP and QM, including at least 2 end-to-end full life cycle SAP S/4 HANA implementations. Expertise with SAP Production Planning in large and complex business environments and hands-on experience with interfaces, user exits, batch jobs, and standard SAP reports. Education typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor's) and 9 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of advanced technical education and experience (e.g., PhD+4 years, Master+7 years, 13 years' related experience, etc.).
