Job description: The successful candidate will be required to work in a team, supervised by a manager, to perform various system development, maintenance and support activities. The team is responsible for implementation projects and for the administration, maintenance, and support of various networked office automation and application systems. Requirement details: - At least 36 months IT experience in application systems and Office Automation (OA) support including Windows 10 administration, anti-virus software management, data loss prevention system management, system backup and recovery, Windows 2016/2019 servers, computer systems management software (eg. ZENworks) and server virtualization products; - Al least 12 months experience in Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) support; - At least 36 months experience in hotline support; - At least 36 months experiences in the Government; and - Good IT professional knowledge and ethics; initiative, proactive, systematic and independent at work; customer and quality focus; good problem analysis skills; good communication and interpersonal skills; and good command in Chinese and English (verbal and written). Essential skills: At least 2 years of BKO System Backup Operation experience At least 3 years of OAN Office Automation experience At least 3 years of PLS PC LAN Support experience At least 3 years of W10 Windows 7/8/10 experience At least 3 years of GOV Work experience with/in the Government experience At least 3 years of HDT Helpdesk Call Handling Technique experience Category : 1 - CP Contract start: 02/07/2026 Contract end: 31/01/2027 Apply Now WhatsApp us!
