Education and Experience Profile Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field required. Or 2-3 years of experience in marketing, product management, innovation, brand, or a related business role preferred. Exposure to new product development processes, cross functional project work, or consumer insights is a plus. Required Skills Strong analytical and problemsolving skills; comfortable working with data. Basic financial acumen and interest in learning P&L fundamentals. Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Nielsen, Numerator, Excel, and project management software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across functions. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Selfmotivated, curious, and eager to learn. Strong consumer and market orientation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Work Environment Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
