Mid-Level Technical Project Manager/MSP/Client Management

This full-time Technical Project Manager opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading complex infrastructure initiatives involving cloud migrations, server modernization, networking, virtualization, cybersecurity, and datacenter transformation projects. Youll work alongside highly skilled engineers and leadership teams while driving projects that leverage technologies including Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise networking platforms.

5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or MSP-related projects
Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies including servers, networking, virtualization, and cloud environments
Experience managing multiple concurrent client-facing projects
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, Active Directory, and Windows Server environments
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, ConnectWise, or Microsoft Project
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and technical resources effectively

PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
Prior experience working within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
Exposure to cybersecurity initiatives and compliance-driven infrastructure projects
Experience leading cloud migration or datacenter modernization projects
Technical background in systems engineering, networking, or infrastructure support
ITIL experience or service delivery knowledge
