Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with strong backend expertise and frontend exposure to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Java, microservices architecture, and API development, along with a solid understanding of modern frontend frameworks and data-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java and Spring Boot

Build and optimize RESTful APIs for high-performance and reliability

Develop and integrate frontend components using React or similar frameworks

Work with SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL) to design efficient data models and queries

Implement microservices-based architecture and service-oriented design patterns

Develop APIs supporting analytics use cases, including aggregations, filtering, and optimized query handling

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features

Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and performance tuning

Manage version control using Git and support CI/CD pipelines

Required Skills

6+ years of experience in Java development

Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development

Experience with frontend frameworks such as React

Strong SQL skills (Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL)

Solid understanding of Microservices architecture

Experience designing and building RESTful API endpoints

Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) patterns

Hands-on experience in building APIs for analytics and reporting use cases

Experience with Git and CI/CD tools

Strong debugging and performance optimization skills

Preferred Skills

Exposure to healthcare or HIPAA-compliant environments

Experience with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes

Experience building analytics dashboards or reporting systems

Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud platforms

Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) in development workflows
