Missions :
Strategy Definition & Leadership
- Consolidate and drive the overall mobile app strategy, in alignment with the company's business objectives
- Propose a coherent product vision that integrates business, brand, and technological challenges, in close collaboration with Tech and Brand teams
Product Vision & Roadmap
- Lead the entire mobile app customer journey
- Build, consolidate, and prioritize the product roadmap, closely aligned with digital strategy OKRs
- Define and prioritize high-impact features focused on user value and business performance
Product Quality & Performance
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (MAU, conversion rate, downloads, etc.)
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the journey, from order placement to delivery
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives through a structured
- Discovery approach in collaboration with UX and Data teams
Product Evangelization & Internal Alignment
- Ensure internal product marketing: communicate the roadmap, priorities, and progress to stakeholders and regional teams
- Promote features and product launches across the organization
- Regularly communicate results, impact, and value delivered by the produc
- tPrioritize and arbitrate incoming requests in line with the overall product vision; propose alternatives and convince stakeholders to align on a shared vision
User Experience & Data
- Act as the guardian of a consistent, innovative, and premium omnichannel digital experience, aligned with the product vision
- Analyze user journeys using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Contentsquare) and customer feedback (Voice of the Customer, app store ratings)
- Prioritize product evolutions in collaboration with UX, Data, and Build teams
Mobile Ecosystem
- Manage the mobile ecosystem by establishing and leading partnerships with vendors and service providers
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and overall performance of the applications
- Go-to-Market & International Rollout
- Coordinate app launches with stakeholders and regional teams
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing downloads and active user engagement
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Conduct continuous monitoring of mobile trends, AI innovations, and UX/UI best practices to ensure a differentiated and premium experience
Management:
- Manage one Product Owner: day-to-day management, product vision sharing, coaching, and mentoring
