Job Description
A client/employer of Insight Global is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead strategy for their Returns and PostPurchase portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and unifying the future of returns, tracking, and postpurchase digital experiences across the digital platform. This is a highly strategic role with strong executive visibility, operating at the intersection of ecommerce, logistics, SaaSinspired digital experiences, and gotomarket strategy. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of postpurchase customer needs and the ability to connect fragmented solutions into a scalable portfolio vision.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Strategy & Vision
Establish and own the endtoend product strategy for the Returns and PostPurchase portfolio.
Define a unified vision across multiple returnrelated products and initiatives to bring cohesion and clarity to the roadmap.
Product Leadership & Execution
Drive prioritization, roadmap planning, and crossteam execution
Balance longterm strategy with nearterm delivery of customerfacing digital solutions.
PostPurchase Experience Innovation
Design and evolve digital touchpoints consumers interact with after purchase
Ensure solutions are interesting, intuitive, and differentiated to drive customer adoption and loyalty.
GotoMarket Strategy
Develop the gotomarket strategy for the Returns portfolio.
Partner closely with various teams to articulate value propositions and enable customer conversations.
Executive Communication & Influence
Present strategy, progress, and tradeoffs to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
Translate complexity into executivelevel narratives that align teams around shared outcomes.

Skills and Requirements
Proven experience leading postpurchase or returnsfocused digital products
Strong background in ecommerce, retail technology, logistics, or transportation domains
Experience managing product portfolios with multiple crossfunctional teams and complex stakeholder environments
Demonstrated ability to define highlevel product strategy aimed to drive detailed execution
Familiarity with SaaS business models, gotomarket motions, and platform ecosystems
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
