About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer Expert to join our team and work directly with customers on challenging business problems. In this role, you will apply advanced machine learning and data science techniques to develop rapid prototypes, deliver business value, and push the boundaries of what is possible with AI. You will work across customer projects, strategic product development, and research initiatives making a real-world impact from day one.

This position is ideal for a seasoned AI professional with a strong technical foundation, business acumen, and a passion for bridging research innovation with practical business applications. In this position, you will work on cutting-edge AI projects with direct customer impact.

What Youll Do

Collaborating with product & engineering leaders, executives, customers and other senior stakeholders, you will plan, direct, and deliver prototype and production grade AI solutions for strategic business problems.

• Mathematical Modeling & Algorithm Design
• Translate complex business problems into mathematical or computational models.
• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning algorithms and data mining workflows
• Rapid Prototyping & Customer Engagement
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business needs, define requirements, and deliver proof-of-concept as well as production-grade AI solutions
• Build, integrate, and test AI-driven prototypes and applications for real-world use cases
• AI Development & Research
• Support internal teams by designing and implementing novel machine learning algorithms
• Apply recent research breakthroughs to practical problems to create measurable business value
• Contribute to continuous improvement of system scalability, performance, and explainability
• Communication & Collaboration
• Clearly communicate complex results and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Visualize and document findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research teams to drive AI adoption

What You Bring

• Education & Experience
• Masters degree or PhD in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or AI research (industry, research lab, or advanced academic projects)
• Technical Skills
• Strong background in machine learning, deep learning, data mining, and/or optimization
• Proficiency with Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Extensive experience working with real-world datasets, data preprocessing, and model deployment
• Expertise working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Nous recherchons un(e) Ingenieur(e) expert(e) en apprentissage automatique hautement motive(e). Il ou elle rejoindra notre equipe et travaillera directement avec les clients pour resoudre des problemes compliques. A ce poste, vous appliquerez des techniques avancees en matiere dapprentissage automatique et de science des donnees, pour developper des prototypes rapidement, generer de la valeur et repousser les limites du possible avec lIA. Vous interviendrez sur les divers projets clients, le developpement de produits strategiques et des initiatives de recherche aboutissant a des resultats concrets des le jour 1.

Le candidat ideal sera un(e) professionnel(le) experimente(e) dans lIA, ayant des acquis techniques solides, le sens des affaires et un fort desir de rapprocher innovation theorique et applications pratiques. Votre role

En collaboration avec les responsables produits et ingenierie, les cadres dirigeants, les clients et dautres parties prenantes haut places, vous planifierez, dirigerez et livrerez des solutions dIA aux stades du prototypage et de la production pour resoudre des problemes strategiques.

• Creer des modeles mathematiques ou de calcul en reponse a des problemes complexes
• Concevoir, implementer et optimiser des algorithmes dapprentissage automatique et des flux dexploration des donnees
• Prototypage rapide et relations avec les clients
• Collaborer directement avec les clients pour comprendre les besoins, definir les exigences et presenter des demonstrations de faisabilite ainsi que des solutions dIA au stade de la production
• Creer, integrer et tester des prototypes et applications pilotes par lIA pour des cas dutilisation concrets
• Developpement de lIA et recherches connexes
• Aider les equipes internes a concevoir et implementer des algorithmes dapprentissage automatique novateurs
• Appliquer les recentes decouvertes a des problemes pratiques afin de creer une valeur mesurable
• Contribuer a lamelioration continue en ce qui concerne levolutivite, la performance et lexplicabilite des systemes
• Collaboration et communication

• Formation et experience
• Maitrise ou doctorat en informatique, mathematiques appliquees, statistiques, ingenierie ou dans un domaine lie
• Au moins 10 ans dexperience dans lapprentissage automatique, la science des donnees ou la recherche en matiere dIA (projets sectoriels, en laboratoire de recherche ou academiques avances)
• Competences techniques
• Solide experience en apprentissage automatique, apprentissage profond, exploration des donnees et/ou optimisation
• Maitrise de Python et des bibliotheques dapprentissage automatique (par exemple, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
• Vaste experience de travail avec des jeux de donnees reels, le pre-traitement des donnees et le deploiement de modeles
• Expertise dans lutilisation des environnements infonuagiques (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Competences essentielles
