About the Role

We're supporting the Florida Department of Revenue in hiring a Systems Administrator (Advanced) to support critical enterprise infrastructure and cloud environments. This is a hands-on role focused on Active Directory, Azure, and enterprise server operations supporting statewide systems.

What You'll Do

Manage and support Active Directory (AD) and enterprise Windows server environments

Troubleshoot and resolve technical and operational issues across systems

Maintain server lifecycle, performance, and availability

Improve and automate AD domain functionality and processes

Manage organizational units (OUs) and group policy structures

Evaluate and recommend system and cloud improvements (Azure)

Support cloud readiness initiatives across enterprise systems

Provide documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer to teams

What We're Looking For

Required:

5+ years of Active Directory administration

5+ years of cloud administration (Azure preferred)

Strong understanding of Azure core services

Experience supporting enterprise server environments

Preferred:

PowerShell scripting

DevOps concepts and SDLC exposure

Virtual networking and security protocols

Cost optimization and cloud efficiency

Certifications (Strongly Preferred):

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
