Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Active Directory Security Engineer for a hybrid contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12 month contract opportunity.

This role is for an Active Directory Security Engineer responsible for the analysis, design, and implementation ofplex, enterprise-level Active Directory security solutions. The ideal candidate will work within a global engineering organization to scale and deploy improvements, consolidations, and migration efforts. This position has a hybrid schedule requirement of a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

Provide analysis, design, and implementation coordination for enterprise-level Active Directory solutions pertaining to security

Serve as 4th level escalation support forplex Active Directory issues

Work with peer teams and partner groups to scale and deploy improvements, consolidations, and migration efforts

Operate and function effectively in a multi-cultural, geographically dispersed virtual team environment

Requirements:

At least 5-10 years of dedicated Active Directory engineering and architecture experience including designing, implementing and maintainingplex enterprise level (50K objects) solutions

Overarching broad and deep technical experience with Active Directory Security

Extensive experience and advanced knowledge implementing Windows security concepts, policies, and least-privilege design principles

Extensive knowledge of AD Security best-practices, latest security threats/trends and mitigation tof

Advanced PowerShell scripting experience and capabilities

Strong working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems, DNS, networks, DMZs, firewalls, and network security zones

Deep, in-depth working knowledge of Kerberos, NTLM authentication, MFA, SSO and federation technologies

Extensive and deep knowledge of Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

Strong knowledge of LDAP and ability to construct queries

Experience performing large scale upgrades, migrations, transitions and consolidation of Active Directory domains and forests

Working knowledge of Certificate/CA/PKI infrastructure

Excellentmunication skills

Desired skills:

Experience with Microsoft's Enhanced Security Architecture Environment (ESAE) - Red/Bastion/Admin forest design; including JIT and JEA concepts

Experience engineering password vaulting solutions (CyberArk, Lieberman, Thycotic, etc.)

Red Team assessment, exposure and interaction

Alternative scripting/programming skills (C#, VBscript, Javascript, Python, Perl)

Microsoft Azure integration

MS SQL/DB knowledge

Experience with RESTful APIs

Experience with Microsoft or 3rd party management and monitoring solutions (SCCM, SCOM, VCM, Quest GPO Admin)

Unix/Linux skills; Vintela VAS integration; RedHat IdM

Pay range: $79.74 - $87.74 per hour
