Job description: - Manage all aspects of IT project activities including project planning, design and implementation; - Monitor and control on various activities at ITMUs, including user and vendor management, quality control, risk management and management reporting; - Plan, direct, monitor and coordinate project activities to ensure project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and budgets; - Report progress, follow up outstanding issues, suggest solutions and resolve conflicts and crisis for IT projects; - Ensure project deliverable are delivered on time with good quality and seek endorsement from PSCs (Project Steering Committee); - Liaise with vendors on various IT project stages including system analysis & design, testing and system implementation, etc.; - Plan, manage and monitor email services implementation and migration; - Conduct technical studies, procure service and carry out implementation on various IT initiatives where necessary. Requirement details: The following are essential: - Solid experience in implementation and maintenance of large-scale IT application and system projects - At least eight years' post-qualification information technology experience of which two years must be in a similar post and in a comparable capacity - Solid experience in IT project management - Solid experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) exercise and cybersecurity assessment for public-facing and internal IT system - Experience in building enterprise web applications, performance testing and trouble shooting - Experience in vendor management The following are preferable: - Solid experience in Java/J2EE system development and integration of complex solutions using Java/J2EE - Solid experience in project management methodologies, e.g. SSADM, Prince and PMP Details - Solid experience in managing and monitoring outsourced projects - Solid experience in managing IT projects in Government departments BIDDING REQUEST Page:2 Restricted (Staff) Date:28/04/2026 Essential skills: At least 2 years of ADM IT Application Development and Management experience At least 3 years of OAN Office Automation experience At least 3 years of SAA Security Risk Assessment and Audit experience At least 1 year of WED Web Hosting, Design and Maintenance experience At least 2 years of PRM Project Management experience At least 2 years of VMG Vendor Management experience The following skills are not necessary but are appreciated: At least 1 year of EAI Enterprise Application Integration experience At least 1 year of JAF Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) experience At least 3 years of JDE J2EE Development experience At least 1 year of MSS Microsoft SQL Server experience At least 1 year of PMP Project Management Professional (PMP) experience At least 1 year of PRE PRINCE experience At least 2 years of SDM SSADM experience At least 2 years of TOM Tomcat Application Server experience At least 1 year of WSV Web Services experience At least 1 year of MGP Experience in Managing Government Projects experience At least 6 months of OUT IT Service/ Outsourcing Management experience Category : 5 - CPM Contract start: 02/07/2026 Contract end: 31/01/2027 Apply Now WhatsApp us!
