A growing consulting services company is hiring an Audio Visual (AV) Engineer for a full-time internal role supporting corporate offices across the Tri-State area. This position is primarily in Pottstown with occasional on-site travel to support conference room technology, executive meeting spaces, and office expansions. Youll work with modern AV technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Crestron/Extron control systems, and integrated conferencing solutions to ensure a seamless collaboration experience across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience in AV engineering or support
Hands-on experience with conferencing platforms (Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms)
Experience with AV control systems (Crestron, Extron, or similar)
Knowledge of AV hardware (cameras, microphones, DSPs, displays)
Experience supporting conference rooms and executive meeting spaces
Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in a corporate or financial services environment
Familiarity with network fundamentals (IP-based AV systems)
Experience with AV design and room buildouts
Certifications (CTS, Crestron, or similar)
Basic scripting or automation experience
