Senior Network Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Network Administrator with strong experience supporting and managing enterprise network environments. This role will support a State of Florida agency, focusing on performance, security, and reliability across critical infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure
• Supporting network performance, security, and availability across environments
• Working with technologies such as F5, Palo Alto, VMware, and/or Hyper-V
• Troubleshooting complex network issues and implementing solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support system operations
• Contributing to infrastructure improvements and ongoing optimization efforts

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of experience in network administration
• 5+ years in a senior-level network role
• Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: F5, Palo Alto, VMware, or Hyper-V
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Visio)
• Familiarity with SharePoint and PowerPoint
